A host is a volunteer who leads an MA Online meeting. Hosts set the tone for a meeting and determine the pace of a meeting, giving time for people to respond and share. Anyone with sober time and who has attended three MA Online meetings may host. Preferably, hosts sign up on the Online Meeting Scheudle in advance so that members can check the schedule in advance and plan to attend. But hosts can also step up at the last minute. Our "Hostinator" makes hosting simple, easy and fun! Talk to any Admin before signing up to host your first meeting.
A "co-host" assists the host by greeting late arrivals in private message and letting them know the topics. Co-hosts let people know about raising their hands “!” to share, and not interrupting the meeting. They also offer to answer questions in private and assist the host by using private message if someone interrupts. This helps the host focus on the meeting.
Registered hosts can log-in here.

See the online meeting schedule page to choose the meeting day/time you want to host. There’s no requirement for how often you host, but many people find it convenient to pick a day/time of the week regularly. If you find you can’t host on a day you are signed up, just click again on your name and it will automatically be removed.
You will be given the attendance verification link confidentially by an Admin.
